Florida Crash Watch separates internal normalized source records and review notes from the sanitized public incident projection. Raw remarks and private review notes are not public API fields.
Site policy permits exact source-supplied names and numeric ages for explicitly identified drivers, victims, injured people, and deceased people. It excludes witnesses and next of kin and suppresses protected identities. Phone numbers, license plates, and unrelated residential addresses are removed from public projections.
Map views use an OpenStreetMap-compatible embed. Opening a map causes the visitor browser to contact the map provider, although the site requests that the page address not be sent as a referrer. The deployed policy must identify the actual map provider and link its privacy terms.
This starter policy does not yet describe hosting logs, analytics, cookies, form processors, or their retention because those deployment choices have not been verified here. The owner must document the actual deployed services, lawful basis, retention, sharing, security, and request process before indexing is enabled.
