What to include

What happens next
The operator assesses the affected page and available source information. If a record or identity should not remain public, the operator can suppress the person or unpublish the incident while reviewing it. An accepted substantive correction should explain the change without rewriting the original publication date. A change to this site does not change the underlying FHP record; questions about that record should also go to the responsible agency.
We do not promise a fixed response time or immediate removal from search engines, social previews, browser caches, or copies held by others. Our operator must check affected site pages, feeds, APIs, metadata, and relevant URL variants after a change; the installation does not yet provide a fully automated end-to-end third-party cache or prior-URL removal workflow.
