When the CAD source explicitly identifies a driver, victim, injured person, or deceased person, Florida Crash Watch policy permits the supplied full name and exact numeric age—including for a minor—on relevant public surfaces. Witnesses and next of kin are excluded. Phone numbers, license plates, unrelated residential addresses, protected identities, and raw remarks are not part of the public projection.
A later source revision is added to the record timeline. Substantive factual changes update the modified date without rewriting the original publication date. Correction and removal controls must update every identity-bearing surface; until the complete public correction workflow is available, the Corrections page explains the current limitation.
The identity policy and its relationship to Florida Statute §316.066 require owner and legal-policy review before indexing is enabled.
